To achieve our vision of building equity together, Imagine LA places social justice, inclusion, empathy, and respect at the heart of our values and culture.

We acknowledge that in order to build and sustain an equitable and anti-oppressive space and culture, together we must embed Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion into everything we do: 

• Learn, practice, and promote behaviors and attitudes that build trust, humility, and compassion

• Create safe and intentional spaces that consider all elements of human identity

• Engage diverse voices, amplify marginalized voices, and empower every voice to be heard

They define the organization and how we commit to show up together, as well as the world we want to create — one rooted in relationships, trust, and action. And, they center us in what we most strongly believe: that with clarity of purpose, every member of our community can make their greatest contribution.
