Federal Emergency Disaster Assistance (FEMA):

Even if you have insurance apply, deadline is March 10, 2025.
Federal Emergency Assistance | FEMA provides disaster funds for home repairs, temporary housing, or property damage (appliances, furniture, vehicle, etc). You may also qualify for help with child care, medical, lodging, moving, funeral expenses, and financial assistance for self-employed and freelance workers and uninsured or underinsured renters and homeowners.
Note: FEMA grants are not loans and are not considered taxable income. They do not have to be repaid. They also will not affect eligibility for other programs such as Medicaid, Medicare, SNAP and Social Security.
Important Note: Everyone impacted by the fires should register with FEMA before Deadline of March 10th, even if they have insurance. If you have insurance, you will receive a letter from FEMA that appears to be a denial but it actually is a request for more information. Normally you will have 60 days to respond; if you don't have a handle on your insurance at that time, you can simply communicate that. Once you settle with insurance, you can complete a FEMA appeal.
